Coating examples

Prevent adhesion to adhesive tape or other adhesive substances on rolls or fixtures; ensure they do not stick.
(OGNAS = Silicone Coating)

The OGNAS G-1913 and G-1137 possess unmatched non-stick properties and abrasion resistance, preventing any adhesion of adhesive tape or sheets. Coating is possible on various parts of all shapes and sizes. The target materials are primarily metals, but application is also possible on CFRP materials.

Prevent adhesion of resin, adhesive, etc., to rolls and fixtures, and improve peelability.
(SOLNAS = fluorine coating)

S-3014 is optimal for paper drying rolls, while S-3053 is optimal for chemical-bonded nonwoven drying rolls. For other applications requiring improved release properties or cleanability, we recommend coatings such as S-3001, S-2315, or S-2009 based on specific usage conditions and requirements. To enhance wear resistance (durability), applying ceramic or cermet thermal spraying under a fluorine coating increases adhesion to the substrate and provides superior wear resistance. We have experience coating rolls up to 2,000 mm in diameter and 9,000 mm in face length.

Prevent adhesion of resin, chemicals, and paint to tanks.
(SOLNAS = fluorine coating)

For non-stick properties on paints and resins, S-3053 and S-3001 are optimal. For chemical resistance against alkalis and acids, S-6020 is ideal. Operating temperatures up to 260°C are supported, and coating is possible for a wide range of sizes from small to large. S-3017 is effective for anti-static properties.

Prevent hot melt adhesion and improve cleanability.
(SOLNAS = Fluorine coating)(OGNAS = Silicone coating)

For improving cleanability of liquid hot melt tanks, S-3001 is optimal. For preventing adhesion on extrusion dies and trays, G-1913 and G-1137 are optimal. Coating is possible on various parts of all shapes and sizes.

We want to prevent adhesion to molds for forming resins, rubber, and other materials.
(SOLNAS = fluorine coating)

S-2315 and S-2009 are ideal for improving release properties in resin and rubber molds. Applying under a thermal spray coating can enhance durability. We will recommend the optimal coating from our lineup based on your specific operating environment.

We want to improve product slippage and boost productivity.
(SOLNAS-X = Fluorine and Thermal Spray Composite Coating)

For improving non-stick and slip properties in non-woven guide plates, noodle rolling rollers, and food manufacturing molds, SX-A2019, SX-B2315, and SX-C3053 are optimal. Incorporating a thermal spray coating layer on the substrate can enhance wear resistance and durability.
