Surface treatment processing

Osaka Gas Chemical Nara Surface Technology Center (NASTEC) provides contract surface treatment processing services to solve adhesion, sliding, wear, and corrosion issues in industrial machinery across all sectors—including chemical, paper, automotive, food, textile, and sanitary materials—using specialized coating technology that combines organic materials like silicone and fluoropolymer resins with inorganic materials such as ceramics.
OGNAS is a composite coating combining a high-hardness thermal spray layer with silicone, offering exceptional non-stick properties, wear resistance, and grip characteristics. It has a long track record as a non-stick coating across numerous industrial sectors.
SOLNAS combines the unique non-stick properties, sliding characteristics, and chemical resistance inherent to fluoropolymers. SOLNAS-X further enhances performance by applying a specialized thermal spray layer over a fluoropolymer base, improving wear resistance and durability while enabling new functionalities. We offer high-performance coatings through diverse formulations.
