To prevent adhesion of adhesive etc. on rolls (up to 150℃)

PC60301/4001F is the best. Adhesive tape does not stick at all.
This coating has such excellent non-adhesiveness and wear resistance that no other company can match its quality.
Can be applied on CFRP rolls as well as metal rolls.
The maximum size of coated rolls is 2,000 mm in diameter and 9,800 mm in surface length.

To prevent adhesion of resin or adhesive etc. on rolls (up to 260℃)

TC5014 is the best for paper dry rolls, and TC5053 for chemical-bound, nonwoven fabric dry rolls.
We recommend thermal-spraying ceramic or cermet on the substratum to improve wear resistance (durability).

To prevent adhesion of resin, chemicals, or paint on tanks and pipe inner surfaces

TC5053 is best when non-adhesiveness is the first priority, and MC3005 when chemical resistance is.
We propose the best coatings from PFA, ECTFE, and ETFE that suit your environment of use.
Antistatic types are also available.

To prevent adhesion of hot mel

TC1501F is the best for liquid hot melt (hot melt tanks), and PC60301/4001F for solid hot melt (extrusion jigs and trays).

To prevent adhesion of rubber and resin on molding metal dies

TC2315 is the best for rubber metal dies, TC3007 for resin metal dies, and TC5083 for urethane metal dies.
We propose the best coatings from PTFE, FEP, and PFA that suit your environment of use.

To prevent corrosion of ventilation ducts for semiconductors and liquid crystal production

ECTFE has excellent chemical resistance against hydrogen fluoride and ozone gas and, in addition, has excellent flame resistance, surface smoothness, film hardness, film strength, and low permeability when compared to ETFE.
The ECTFE coating is widespread in Europe and the U.S. This field is IMPREGLON's forte. We have many actual examples in JAPAN.
