Air purifying filter

The air-purifying filter is a compounded filtering material made of ACF. It has sandwich construction without binders by application of nonwoven fabric (to prevent dispersion). You can choose from four types according to your necessities: Type A (for basic gas), Type B (for acidic gas), Type S (for organic gas), and Type D (for complex odors).

Features

The adsorption rate is ten times or more higher than that of granular activated carbon.
- The contact area with micropollutants is 200 to 700 times larger.
- Abundant micropores on the fiber surface catch micropollutants directly.
A high adsorption capacity is achieved.
Lightweight (bulk density is a tenth or lower.)
Neither powder dust nor carbon powder disperses. The ambient environment is not polluted.
The filter can be processed or molded extremely freely allowing various types of use.
Maintenance is easy, and running costs are low.

The amount of ACF is greatly increased compared with our former model to reduce pressure loss. The 'RE' filter for large gas quantities reduces pressure losses and is light in weight.
Box type deodorizing filter	Type RS	The 'RS' filter for large gas quantities reduces pressure losses and is light in weight. Various types are available according to the target gas.
Dedusting and deodorizing filter	Type RM90	The amount of ACF is greatly increased compared with our former model to reduce pressure loss. Various types are available according to the target gas. There are two levels of dust removal efficiency: 90% and 65%.

Tray-type, deodorizing-filter casing	Type RC	The amount of ACF is greatly increased compared with our former model to reduce pressure loss. Only the filter media requires replacing at the site where the filter is used.
Tray-type, deodorizing-filter casing	Type RGF	A new filter made by integrating a special granular activated carbon filter and an ACF filter. Another type containing only the special granular activated carbon filter can be also produced upon request.
